Over one hundred attendees came, listened, and received CEUs at our annual User's Group Symposium. Security, Service, and Systems Engineering were the morning subjects. After a great lunch, Davis Zusi, P.E., the Utility Director of Winter Park related their success with our newest offering, Symphony. This is the software package that applies logic to the normally random nature of a collection system. By its implementation, Winter Park is enjoying a 24% reduction on pump run times, with associated maintenance savings, plus a 39% reduction in power costs!!
Following David's presentation, our own Product Engineering Group revealed the new Symphony interface, which will make the implementation as easy as building a screen.
No doubt Hal and Karl will be conducting a lot of on-site demos of this new feature in the coming months!
