Help Desk

DFS maintains an online Help Desk that enables you to find solutions to problems you are having with any DFS product. If you can't find a solution, you can submit the problem to DFS' Service Department.

Using DFS Help Desk, you can:

  • Submit new incidents (problem to be solved).
  • View a brief summary list of all incidents.
  • View incident details, including a complete description of the problem and current status.
  • Have interactive Web conversations with the support staff.
  • Update your contact information.
  • Search the knowledge base.
  • Search for existing support incidents.

We strongly recommend that you use Microsoft Internet Explorer to gain access to Help Desk. Netscape will work, but some features do not work well using Netscape.
